Who we are
We recognize the intersection of mental health and career in life transitions. We provide telehealth services to individuals who are seeking to make positive changes in their personal or professional lives and need support to take the next steps to improve their personal and physical well-being.
Cenaiyda has served in the higher education system for 17 years in a Career Services setting supporting young adults with career exploration & preparation prior to college graduation. She has also supported health and wellness programming in a medical school setting and understands and advocates for the emphasis self-care and self-compassion to prevent burnout and increased work-life balance in healthcare careers and all workplace settings.
Prior to her professional career in higher education, she served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Central America supporting youth development programs and learning about the Central American culture. She values the importance of cross-cultural collaboration and sustainable community development and programming. Cenaiyda has also served as a short-term missionary in the Quiche regions of Guatemala translating and serving in medical and faith-based missions to support indigenous communities.
Cenaiyda is fluent in English and Spanish and has a passion for serving others. She understands and supports volunteers and missionaries who experience reverse culture shock upon their return to their home countries and the importance of community building and sharing their experiences in order to integrate their new professional identities after completion of service.
